The Private Bin series has been inspired by the McGuigan family tradition to always share a special family wine with their guest. This Merlot displays the wonderful fruit flavours of raspberry, cherry and ripe plum. These are nicely integrated with caramel and vanilla oak characters to create a smooth and enjoyable red wine.

This Shiraz features delightful dark cherry and plum aromas integrated with some smoky vanillin characters and cinnamon from the oak. The wine has a good mouth feel with both cherry and plum flavours with a peppery spice.

This wine is intense, juicy and fresh with a good weight and full body. Lifted floral notes of rose petal with oriental spices, and ripe stonefruit make this medium style very moreish.

A medium-dry style with delicate pear and tropical fruit aromas. The palate is full showing intense ripe citrus, baked apple and vibrant pear character with a fine structure and a long off-dry finish.

This lighter alcohol Pinot Gris is a pale golden straw colour with beautiful fresh green apple and pear aromas. In the mouth the wine is crisp and bursting with flavours reminiscent of Granny Smith apple and honeysuckle.

The nose is fresh, bright and vibrant with gentle aromas of cut grass, nettles, gooseberries and piquant fresh herbs. On the palate the wine is bold, up-front and zesty with mouth-filling flavours of passionfruit, gooseberries and fresh herbs.

The nose exhibits vibrant dark berry notes with good spice and black pepper overtones. The fruit driven palate has a soft texture and good persistence.
